We are a foursome of bubbles lovers who strive to promote the culture of drinking lovely and delightful bubbles in Hong Kong and Greater China. We believe people in this city deserve having more high quality bubbles from around the world including Champagne, Cremant, Moussex, Prosecco, Cava, Sekt, and many more. We are determined to source a wide variety of good bubbles around the world at a reasonable price and provide a one-stop service at your disposal.

Our selection process is stringent. When we choose the bubbles to be included in our cellars, we taste each and every one of them before making the decision. We also invite professional wine experts and gourmets to join us at the tasting exercises from time to time to form an unbiased view. This process is continuous and even our existing stock list is under regular review and challenge. Hence, all the bubbles you find here are those we love, and hope you will love.
