How to order?

Simply fill in the order form and send email to us at order@ilovebubbles.com.hk or order on line and complete the transaction through paypal. Our staff will contact you to confirm the order details within 3 working days.

Delivery information

Delivery service applies to a single location in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.*
Delivery will be arranged within 3 to 10 days from the date of complete transaction.
Free delivery is applicable to purchase of HK$1,000 or above.
Otherwise, delivery charge will be imposed at a rate of HK$180 including re-delivery arrangement.
Our delivery schedule will be every Monday and Thursday. Please specify your choice of delivery day as well as morning or afternoon.
*additional charge will be imposed to the addresses in Tung Chung, Airport area, Park Island, Discovery Bay and other outlying islands. Our staff will contact you for details.

Return policy

Customers are requested to inspect all goods carefully upon delivery and inform us immediately and it should be returned at once for our examination with a copy of original invoice or delivery note within 7 days after delivery.
Customers are deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfactory after 7 days from the date of delivery, and thereafter will not be entitled to refund or the change of goods for any reason.
