Noel Bazin 係一個超精品香檳莊。葡萄田位於Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park 內的Villers-Marmery - Premier Cru and Verzy - Grand Cru，呢區當地人稱為White Pearl。莊田總共只有3公頃，全部葡萄樹為chardonnay, 樹齡均老達50-60歲，代表每年葡萄產量越來越少，但味道越mature ，每年總產量都只係16000支酒。Noel 堅持所有工序均以人手進行。

 

Noel Bazin is a native of Villers-Marmery and descendant of a Champagne winegrower. We operate a little over three hectares located in Villers-Marmery - Premier Cru and Verzy - Grand Cru. Twenty plots make up our estate, they are 5 to 60 years old, exclusively planted with Chardonnay grapes. We make Champagne Noël Bazin respecting the Champagne tradition and respecting nature. Vineyard work is largely manual: pruning, binding, disbudding, trellising and harvesting. As much in love with viticulture as with winemaking, we have been producing our Champagnes at the height of our passion since 1999.
