以女仕為中心嘅香檳。酒莊位於Cote des Blancs白丘中心的村莊OgerBonnet Gilmert五代人都係種植及釀製香檳的。自1910年起開始用Emile Gilmert名字家生產香檳。1920年由第二代接手,然後係第三代於1950年代與Bonnet家族結婚而改為現時名字,直至第五代由Bonnet家族嘅女成員打理葡萄園,喺香檳區來講算係少數。現任莊主AudeCarla認為,要堅持以尊重農地及環境去提供最優質嘅香檳比欣賞佢嘅人享受。有乜特別?累積五代人種植及釀製香檳嘅經驗,所出產嘅當然係classic & fine!  小編從瓶身及label 設計,就感受到佢Feminine and classic style. 就連法國Sofitel Hotel group 早前都用佢作為house champagne!

 

Our family lives in Oger, in the heart of the ’Côte des Blancs’ country.

We have been working in our vineyards for five generations, using the whole of our

harvests to make the highest-quality Champagne.

Wine growers from one generation to the next, it was in 1910 that Emile Gilmert

started selling a few bottles in his name.

His son Marcel succeeded him in 1920.

Then Colette Gilmert and Robert Bonnet followed suit in the fifties. They have always

produced exceptional Champagnes in strict accordance with the Champagne traditions

that they have passed on to us.

For some years now, Aude Vauban, fifth generation BONNET family has taken over

the family business.

The family view is that, from the vineyard to the wine, we must respect our soil and our

produce, in order to offer our customers a true-bred wine that we elaborate with

passion at each stage.
